Welcome to A Spot of Story, my podcast extension of Danielle’s Writing Spot Book Blog. I’m your host, Danielle Grandinetti. If you’re new here, I write historical romance set in the 1930s.

My stories are filled with faith, history, intrigue, and of course, a happily ever after. I’m excited about building this little corner of the podcast world. It’s a space where we’ll cozy up with sweet stories, explore the richness of 1930s history, and chat about the craft of writing. Whether you’re a fellow writer or simply a story lover, you’re welcome here. Each episode will feature one of three rotating segments Behind the Book, which will include author interviews that uncover the story behind their stories, Echoes of History, where I will provide fascinating glimpses of 1930s culture and everyday life, perhaps even more about historical events that occur during that particular decade, and finally, Crafting the Tale, encouraging writing insights for creatives at every stage of your writing journey.

So grab your favorite cozy beverage, settle into a comfy chair, and join me for a Spot of Story.
