Barbour, Books Review, Christian Fiction, Christmas, Historical Fiction, Holiday, NetGalley, Novellas, Romance, Writing Spot

Love’s Pure Light is a delightful Christmas Novella Collection of four stories by Susanne Dietze, Shannon McNear, Deborah Raney, and Janine Rosche. It follows a nativity set as it is passed down from generation to generation and what I loved most was how each generation’s love story added a piece to it.

Do you like to read new-to-you authors? I’m always a little nervous even though I love to find a new author whose books I can start collecting. Rachel Scott McDaniel is now officially one of those authors for me. Her latest book The Red Canary is simply fantastic.

Book Review | Broken Lines

Books Review, Christian Fiction, Historical Fiction, Novels, Romance, Writing Spot

Broken Lines is the first book I’ve read by Kelsey Gietl and the first book in her new series Hope or High Water – War Across Waters. I love historical fiction and the idea of reading about two German-Americans facing life on the brink of World War II intrigued me.

It’s here! Susan Sleeman has an new series: Nighthawk Security. It follows the Byrd brothers, who we first met in Dead End, one of my favorite books from the previous Truth Seekers series. Ever since that book, I have been hoping we’d see more of them and not only did we, but the five brothers (and their sister’s sister-in-law) now have their own series!
