Love’s Pure Light is a delightful Christmas Novella Collection of four stories by Susanne Dietze, Shannon McNear, Deborah Raney, and Janine Rosche. It follows a nativity set as it is passed down from generation to generation and what I loved most was how each generation’s love story added a piece to it.
Soul Raging is the third and final book in Ronie Kendig‘s The Book of the Wars trilogy. We meet Leif Metcalfe in Ronie Kendig’s previous series, The Tox Files, and in The Book of the Wars, we watch him lead his own team to save the world from disaster. Soul Raging picks up where the previous book, Kings Falling leaves off.
The Right Kind of Fool by Sarah Loudin Thomas is a story about family. 1934 may see a depression gripping a nation, but for the Raines family, they are still navigating the fallout from the illness that left their son deaf. Loyal, now thirteen, wants to his family to be whole, but even more so, he wants to be a man, even if he can’t hear like everyone else.
It’s here! Susan Sleeman has an new series: Nighthawk Security. It follows the Byrd brothers, who we first met in Dead End, one of my favorite books from the previous Truth Seekers series. Ever since that book, I have been hoping we’d see more of them and not only did we, but the five brothers (and their sister’s sister-in-law) now have their own series!
