With You I Am is a sweet romance about an event planner and a builder. I expected Noelle Carter to be a driven CEO, but she surprised me with her awkwardness, like when she gets herself locked into a room at the beginning of the story. And Wynn Bryant is good man with the well being of his friends and neighbors at heart. I loved his whole family and was excited to learn that a couple of his siblings will be featured in upcoming books.
Overall, With You I Am was an entertaining read. The beginning felt like it took a bit to get going, but I tend to prefer more suspense in my stories, so it may have just been me. The tone of this book is much more what I would call a hammock read. The story is also great for homeschool readers since Wynn is a proponent, having been homeschooled himself. With themes of foster care, adoption, and blended families, the author does touch on challenging topics.
If you’re looking for a sweet romance, try With You I Am. I hope you’ll love the characters as much as I did.
